In the past we had a number of ex GenuineChannels customers who wanted to migrate to DNR
The major reasons were : easier to use, simpler programming model and Pocket PC support.
Nowadays we have increasing number of former GenuineChannels customers
because apparently GenuineChannels stopped supporting their product.
Why not to migrate to WCF instead?
Well, in two words : WCF is too complex to use without having extra functionality.

The transition from GenuineChannels to DNR is not hard.
Remoting in same. Apart from that you can use bidirectional async/sync methods as a bonus.
